Riders will work towards earning their Green Ribbon from the American Association of Riding Schools (AARS) during this fun and activity-filled week camp. Riders will learn to stop and steer a horse, at a walk, while riding with both an english and western saddle, and while riding bareback. Trotting is introduced on a lunge line (long lead rope). Horseback riding skills, games, crafts, and other activities are planned for each daily session. Riders can advance on to Camp 2 after completion of Camp 1.
